Gaming clarity revealed I over-complicate everything in life — and now I'm fixing it

Revelation of Mind
A new revelation unraveled: I play DragonBall FighterZ competitively. I lost a game, breaking my 11-game win streak. After this, I beat the same guy with a "perfect" result — he didn't land a single attack. I reflected on why that position specifically made me go extra hard. The realization: the biggest issue any gamer faces isn't lack of knowledge or low confidence, but having an abundance of both, which makes us overthink what we should do next. No thoughts about specific combos, no flashy plays — just: "I'll win."
Now, RoM clearly helps with that. And it is because of RoM that I realize this same thing applies to other areas of my life too, where I often sabotage myself by wanting to do things in specific ways and end up over-complicating everything.
