5th cycle: manifestations within minutes, meditate for an hour effortlessly, emotional blocks dissolving on their own

Now on my fifth cycle — the scripts are getting deeper and some effects are shining through strongly. One: manifestation is happening really quickly — could happen within minutes — and I'm starting to have this acute awareness about the connection between the manifestation and the lesson behind it. Two: meditation becomes so effortless. I could easily meditate for an hour. It's so easy to live in the moment and quiet my mind, whether meditating or doing daily work. Due to the "live in the moment" effect, my daily practices just become so enjoyable and effortless — I often have to consciously stop myself from continuing certain activities because time is up. Three: I can easily feel energy blockages and unexpressed emotional needs being dissolved both during meditation and in the moment, doing other things — the spontaneous healing. Four, my favorite: deeper insights — laser-sharp awareness to see through the superficial layers of things and get to the core, seeing connections I never thought of before.
