Healed the root of my severe depression — traced it back to being used as 'filler' for others' voids

I had a major breakthrough in healing from my past. My severe depression that started when I was 12 all the way until this past summer — now I know what caused it, which led me to spiral into a very negative mindset for so long. While I have healed tremendously since starting my SubClub journey, I will say that from here on out I refuse to be anyone's filler for their own void and tossed away when convenient. Me thinking that was my purpose in anyone's life, even my own life, has cost me years of happiness and self-love. Not anymore — not for friends, relationships, and not even family.
