Trauma stored in my chest rose to the surface — then disappeared, replaced by relief and clarity

Another spin and another painful trauma stored in the chest rising to the surface 30 minutes after play. Couldn't tell what incident it represents but as soon as it arose it disappeared, cleared and replaced with a sense of relief and clarity. I will go along with Fire's premise that each stuck trauma is a ball of energy, trapped emotions awaiting release.
