Each night I dream of choosing which memories to erase. Each morning I wake up stronger.

These past nights I have been dreaming of sitting in a movie theater. On the screen I see scenes of my life. I hear a voice telling me for each scene: "do you want to keep it, or to erase it?" So I will say erase it please, next! It is so much fun. When I say erase, it means to erase all emotions around this scene, not erase the memory itself. The following mornings I feel stronger, more resilient. It is fantastic.
