PHOENIX loosened the strangling hold on my awareness — mental revelations poured in

I did my first loop of Phoenix and I'm experiencing a lot of mental revelations, like it's loosening the strangling hold on my awareness. Lots of emotions, more than usual. Earlier with just 5 minutes of listening, my body got warmer — like Phoenix was scanning for tension and trauma links. That lasted a good 30 minutes. The main thing I notice is a subtle challenging of personal standards and the safe norms I've used to deny reality. That constant denial keeps me in fear and anxiety because the truth comes through eventually. Phoenix seems like a tool to cut past the hindrances to growth.
