I grabbed the fear from my energy body, removed it, and stood up like a Phoenix — stronger than ever

I smoked one and left my house. At the train station I had another panic attack but only with 50% strength in comparison to yesterday. I started to dominate the panic. I stayed in the panic attack and let it blast out. In the train I wanted to know the reasons and then I saw the energy stuck in my head screaming: I am gonna die. I could grab this fear with my fingers and remove it from my energetic body. Then I saw a part of myself beaten down to senseless and unconscious pulp. I saw it and started to tell myself from a higher place: life without love isn't worthy, time to heal fully and allow to love myself until I am healed of this. Then I stood up from this place like a majestic Phoenix — stronger than ever. Stronger. Mature. Stable. Ready for life. Equipped with the finest tools in life. I have won.
