One loop of PHOENIX and the illogical fears I've carried for years stopped running my relationships

Only ran one loop of this so far. Such a powerful tool — the ability to disengage from negative thought patterns has been exactly what I needed, and has already benefited me in both personal and work relationships. I had so many illogical fears based on past experiences that led me to approach relationships from a very defensive position, and I would always go to the worst intention. This is something that, although the thoughts still pop up, I have almost zero emotional reaction to over the past two days. Being in a more healthy emotional state has allowed me to be more productive, less stressed, improve my relationships, and deepen connections. Had no idea how useful this would be until I ran it — but for anyone who's found themselves in a pattern of negativity recently, this is a must run.
