PHOENIX separated me from my troubled past. Inner monologue nearly gone. I'm just here, now.

Phoenix is interesting. It's the only sub I'm able to listen to for 15 minutes and it doesn't debilitate me. Last night I ran one 15 minute loop. About 5 minutes into it, I felt this almost snap/click/break sensation in my head — like a physical sensation of a reset. I woke up today feeling very comfortable with silence. I'm at ease emotionally. Even if inside my emotions are stirred up, it does not manifest itself in my behavior, communication, or actions. There is this sense of being unaffected emanating from me. It feels like a field of invincibility, but the field is more between my past and me than it is the outside world versus me. My inner monologue is reduced so much I am starting to wonder if I even have one anymore. My mind doesn't seem to have much of anything to dwell or mull over anymore. Phoenix has separated myself from my troubled past and brought peace to my mind. This is different from Regeneration/Elixir. It doesn't bring up stuff to face — it works behind the scene and you just sort of grow every day into a better you.
