Two Old Friends I Hadn't Heard From in a Decade Reached Out on My Birthday

Three months consistently with LBFH, Emperor, and DR:Phoenix. The breakthrough came in cycle 3 when I paired Emperor solo on one day and LBFH with DR:Phoenix on another — and DR:Phoenix dramatically helped break through old patterns of self-doubt. Now: I've stopped thinking negatively about myself. Four days ago, two friends I hadn't seen in 7–10 years reached out — people I'd assumed were gone from my life forever. Yesterday was my birthday.
