One loop: warm energy through the body, strangers couldn't stop talking, smile didn't leave my face.

I ran one loop in the morning and instantly felt warm, pleasant energies coursing through my body. My movements were smoother doing yoga. Energy level increased almost immediately and was still high seven hours later. My mood was excellent — my smile didn't leave my face for a second. At the shop I met two people whose dog started barking at me; we got into a conversation and the woman didn't want to stop talking. I also feel more congruent, solid, and masculine — but not raw or animal, more ethereal, as if my presence had a divine quality. More in love with life today, enjoying simple things like the drizzle out the window.
