LBH Experimental: No Recon, Go-Getter Energy, Reconnected With Two Old Friends on a Sunday

Ran two 15-minute loops of LBH Experimental last night. Immediately felt calmer and more loving — no recon at all, unlike the original LBH. The experimental version feels like 'forget the sadness, let's do something about it.' More self-disciplined and go-getter: I want to do things because I love myself. Woke up Sunday and started taking steps to correct things I found irritating about myself — actually productive on my day off. Talked to two old friends from school and a previous workplace and arranged to meet them both. One had reached out before my first loop — the trailer effect of ZP. My heart is full right now. The way it's supposed to be.
