LBFH freed me to express love without caring about masculine ideals or anyone's judgment.

One of the things I love most about LBFH is how it makes me completely free in expressing love. I don't care about any "masculinity guru" rules — she should hug you more, you shouldn't initiate, etc. I want to hug her, I do it. I want to madly kiss her randomly, I do it. If she thinks this is weak I'll find a woman who appreciates it. That power of true expression of love is a fantastic feeling. The sexual energy is different too — it's not "just get it out" energy. It's love. I want to share that with my wife. I realized this isn't dopamine-seeking recon. It's just very sexual love, all day.
