Four months on EF ST1: went from inconsistent gym-goer to reliable 3x-a-week routine with no injuries

I was a newbie — going to the gym for about a year but never consistently. I'd go 5x a week for some weeks, then not at all for a month. When I started EF, my main goals were consistency and better sleep.
Consistency came quickly. I started hyperfocusing on whatever muscles I was working out, moving slowly and controlled through the full range of motion. I had to go down in weight on several exercises, but my form got dramatically better and my strength increase accelerated. I haven't had any kind of injury since doing this.
Month two: I switched to a fullbody workout program 3x a week and became incredibly consistent. Sessions became both more effective and less time consuming. My sleep improved — going to bed earlier, getting better rest, and performing better in the gym as a result. I became more mindful of sleep and food as performance variables. The strength kept increasing through months three and four, no injuries. Real gains started showing. This stage genuinely helped me optimize my gym performance and find consistency I'd never had before.
