I used to think that Emperor Fitness was a slow burn, but pairing it with Emperor has been a great experience. I auto-adjust my technique during my boxing and conditioning sessions. Without caffeine I get an easy 8-9 hours of sleep. My appetite is adjusting and I've noticed how much I'm actually eating. I'm beginning to recognize that mind-muscle connection is very important and incorporating it more into movements. Everything feels smoother.
