2.2 kg gained in 4 days on EF Stage 3 — what is this sorcery?

It's been 4 days since I bought and started EF st3, and I'm already up 2.2kg. Stage 2 is going to be next after this. Whatever is in Stage 3 is working on levels I cannot fully explain.
