Survival Instinct
My father attacked me from when I was 2 years old. I never felt safety in my life until this. From the first loop I had an explosion in my right brain where my constant fear, panic, and freak-outs just left over 5 hours. I immediately went outside to be around people and moved through panic attacks from my root to my heart to my brain. For the first time I could tell myself: I am safe here on earth, in my body, in this situation. I needed 2 hours just to realize how it feels to live without fear. In the middle of the 6th loop I reached the point where I understood: I don't have to have fear.
