Super Calm Yet Energetically Powerful After Just One Loop

From my journal: SE has already kicked in pretty nicely providing me with super calm yet at the same time with energetic power and a really high level of assertiveness. Also my thoughts and inner motions are less prone to getting covered by negativity. I'm pretty sure this little kitten is going to help me get rid of that obsolete defensive mechanism causing negativity in me. I did one loop of SE last Friday and today I'll be running another loop.
