Intense recon with physical releases — woke up feeling great on a beautiful sunny day.

I ran a 5-minute loop and now officially know what recon is all about. I got a huge headache that lasted all evening and all kinds of very uncomfortable feelings and physical tensions and releases. It forced me into having to deal with it: I took a very hot shower, stretched, did breathwork, cried, screamed, sort of vomited to release energy — it all helped a lot. It was interesting feeling how my brain was so pushed to process stuff and all this energy moving around in my body forcing blockages and tensions to release. Very wild but today I woke up feeling very good, and it was a beautiful sunny day.
