Guided toward presence instead of dissociation — something I've been chasing for years

One loop two days ago. I feel myself gently guided toward being present with emotional struggles instead of dissociating from them. This has been one of the hardest things for me — when my body relaxes, my mind follows and escapes. I've been consciously working on staying present while relaxed. Sanguine: The Elixir seems to be quietly doing that work from the inside.
