Angry thoughts washed away instantly — my presence made my friend laugh with deep joy.

Nearly a week of short 3-5min loops every other day and I'm starting to see awesome results. I feel like I'm in the Eye of a Healing Storm. My friend made me take a wrong turn — it added 20km to the ride and triggered my usual angry and frustrated thoughts, but this time the thoughts and the emotional load of my usual reactions were immediately washed away and I was left with deep peace and appreciation for the moment. I live with a close friend and our interactions are shifting. Yesterday evening she was watching something and I just sat right next to her and after 10 seconds she just started laughing and laughing — she said it was my presence that was making her so happy. It's really incredible.
