Rebirth is making me into a different person — it's changing absolutely everything

Healing subliminals for me personally are meant to bring up old pain and trauma so you can deal with them. I'd say the same is for Regeneration. I'm currently using Rebirth and it's making me into a different person. It's changing absolutely everything. In my opinion it'll manifest differently for every single person. I'd tell her to journal, in a book of her own, and judge her experiences that way. It's when you look back in hindsight that you notice the results — at least for me. It could take weeks or months, maybe days, for her to realise something.
