Never felt fluent translating visual movement into my body — Mind's Eye bridged the gap and I reconstructed half a 75-movement Taijiquan form in 30 minutes

Mind's Eye
Quantum Limitless and Mind's Eye results, recognized way after the fact. Last played Mind's Eye for 4 months in 2021, and then for a month in March/April 2022. I've noticed improvements in the manner in which I'm going about relearning the Taijiquan form. I've never felt fluent in translating visually-observed movement into my own body's movement. I'm still not fluent, but I'm noticing an improvement. My mind is finding ways to bridge the gap. The pace of relearning the superficial details of the form is faster than expected. For the first day or two, I just wrote down the names of each posture. That turned out to serve as a mnemonic prompt that helped to bring back some of the kinesthetic memory. Yesterday, I started tentatively doing the actual movements. I was surprised to find that I could get farther than I'd thought I would. After just 30 to 60 minutes cumulatively, I could crudely reconstruct about half of the form — 38 out of 75 movements. This morning, after I woke up and meditated, a series of concepts came to me that organized my understanding about how to proceed. When those popped into my mind, I finally had the 'Duh!' moment of recognizing a subliminal result.
