At Work, at Social Events — No Thoughts, No Anxiety, Complete Presence

The mindfulness from this title is insane. At work and at social events I have no thoughts — I'm fully present in the moment. When there are no thoughts there are no negative thoughts, and there is no anxiety nor fear. Amazing.
