Imagination became visual — I can see the people I'm thinking about instead of just talking to them in my head

My imagination and self-reflection has become more visual. I'm able to have conversations in my head but actually see the person I'm contemplating, instead of just "talking." Sometimes when I think about what'll happen, I start to visualize it instead of logically mapping it step by step. Dreams have been more vivid. When I plan and write out goals I'm able to see way farther down — more possibilities, more detail, more contingencies. My brain seems able to handle more information at once and think creatively even under high volume.
