I was resting with eyes closed and blindfolded, surrendering to the audio. Observing my thoughts, I noticed a familiar spiritual energy — one I'd encountered through multiple past relationships. It felt like the same soul expressed through different people. As the experience deepened I felt enshrouded by love itself. My limbs felt interconnected. My heart rate slowed dramatically. I entered an altered state. It intensified until I became slightly anxious and consciously withdrew. Not dangerous — just too profound to fully surrender to in that moment.
