Knee Pain Gone Mid-Washout — Years of Worsening Pain Just Stopped

I'm in the middle of washout. Five days ago my knees stopped aching. My knees had been getting worse every three months or so for years — now the pain is gone. Now I feel strange sensations in my wrists and forearms. I think some kind of rearrangement could be taking place.
