After only one 5-minute loop of Stage 1: sex feels better and lasts longer. Felt horny several times and didn't give in. Noticeably better focus on what I'm doing. Felt very calm and controlled. Walked around naked in the house for the first time since the original Khan. Massive amounts of sexual energy are there — now I'm learning to build up rather than release.
