Four cycles in: I've become a tier of man I didn't think was possible — women throw themselves on me

I finished my fourth cycle of Khan Black stage one and I'm literally changing every night. I've overcome things I never thought I'd have the balls to, and I've become a tier of guy I didn't imagine possible months ago. I stopped "healing" 2 cycles ago — it now literally feels like a meditation program. When it comes to girls, I don't do anything other than control my breathing and they literally throw themselves on me. In bars, I keep turning my head away from any woman I open up, and she opens me again with such urgency every time. I can see them squirming. With men, I'm ruthless. I used to feel uneasy opening girls in front of other men — now I open on women in front of them just to see them get mad, and then I transmute their madness into even more effortless flow. The world is my playground.
