Lust dropped, focus sharpened, and women at work started noticing me.

Stage 1 definitely makes it easier to control my sexual energy. I know it's there but I'm not taken over by lust. More women spoke to me at work today than usual — not necessarily flirtatious, but regardless of the frame, mastery of sexual energy clearly affects the opposite sex. My thinking is clearer since my mind isn't preoccupied with sex. Over the past few years I've made progress controlling urges that developed from years of porn use, and I think Khan Black is what I truly need to fully overcome it. After listening alongside Genesis I concluded this stack will transform me into a whole new person. The energy is different — purer, more directed.
