Whole body sore from physical shifting — posture, boundaries, and authentic self-sourcing locked in.

My whole body felt very sore last night — even my knees were sore, which I never experienced before. It's a good sign that the physical shifting works really well. I love it. Feeling my body relaxing and getting stronger overall, posture improving. The sense of inner harmony, peace, and balance is significant. The emotional detachment is a little similar to Wanted Black without all the seduction fluff, but with a much deeper and wider impact. It's helping with establishing healthy boundaries and being more energetically protected from external influences — other people's emotions and mental projections. It makes it very clear what is mine and what is not. Coupled with the self-sourced validation, it makes it so easy to be clear about what I truly and authentically think, feel, and am.
