C&C Made Me a Leader in the Company — R.I.C.H. Made Everyone See It

I attribute all of the results to C&C + RICH in combination. C&C is helping me BE a leader, RICH is helping me manifest leadership opportunities. 1st setter manager role I got offered — the offer came after adding RICH. 2nd setter manager role was from someone who I only interacted with while running C&C. He left the company before I added RICH, but DM'd me an offer only after adding in RICH. Even in my current role, I immediately started BEING a leader after adding C&C. I told my boss straight up that I want to be a manager. He said I wasn't ready. I told him to his face that he was wrong and that I was going to make it happen. Then he started training me to be a manager. But once I added in RICH, I started really being seen AS THE LEADER — they literally hired new guys and framed me as "the guy." I also got free management training from the company. RICH is really accelerating results and bringing potential into reality.
