No anxiety, fully present, and noticing real behavior changes after just two loops.

Two loops in and today has been one of the smoothest days in a long time. No anxiety, not worrying about the future, just being full-blown present in the moment. I know not all days are going to be like this but damn do I feel good. Even noticed some slight changes in my behavior in smaller interactions with others — the best way to put it is that I can tell parts of me are maturing and starting to execute.
