I've been holding physical tension from trauma for 18 months. I listened to one ultrasonic loop of Dragon Reborn Regeneration. My daughter walked in and said my shoulders and neck looked less tense — without me saying a word about what I was doing.
The muscles I didn't even know I was clenching had softened. I'm not sure if I'm releasing, or feeling safe, or fearing less. Maybe all three.
I'm just going to keep going.
