After my intense weekend of Dragon Reborn: Limit Destroyer, I'm now, three days later, feeling a near infinite amount of reasonless joy. I'm happy without a reason or a need. I feel more full, authentic, satisfied. The gap between desire and action is reduced to near nothingness — my intentions and actions feel 100% aligned. I literally haven't had a negative thought in the last 36 hours. The one time I tried journaling on a very tricky area in my life, I simply acknowledged I was biting off more than I could chew, did a few minutes of breathwork, felt what I was feeling fully, and then went back into journaling on that topic without a second wave of anxiety.
