Dragon Reborn made me stop caring about things that were never mine to begin with

All these things I thought I cared about, or got guilted or shamed into caring about — I couldn't give a fuck about them anymore. I'm not willing to expend the mental and emotional energy. Dragon Reborn and especially the ZP version will clarify this fast.
