I know you asked @SaintSovereign but I can absolutely attest that DR Regen & GLM can significantly help with mental and emotional stability. I've been running DR Regen & GLM for almost a month and a half (microloops listening to BOTH on listening day than taking one day rest). The last week of January I took a 5 day washout and have added EOG1 but that's because I'm working on financial stuff also.
I've read many of your posts from about the last couple of years and I genuinely recommend the stack of DR Regen & GLM.
I don't want to go into too much detail on this response but I will say that I was brutally abused as a child by my estranged biker father, and was subjected to him beating the crap out of my Mom quite often (aka "Domestic Violence"). We were finally able to kick him out of our lives but then I was treated like crap by my ex-stepfather after that (from 8 years old) mostly verbal and emotional abuse. So I have complex PTSD and some other things.
Summary
Bottom line, I have experience a profound difference in the short amount of time I've been running Regen & GLM and I highly recommend it. I'm not saying it fixed everything, but I'm saying the stack is really making a positive difference.
I need to add that I had been through 5 years of therapy a few years ago. I went through CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) for a year, then 4 years of DBT (Dialectical Behaviour Therapy). I'm not saying therapy didn't help, it certainly did, along with being taught how to meditate directly from Buddhist Monks, but most of that was just MANAGING symptoms, not getting to the root cause and digging out those emotional weeds. I would still get angry AF if I was triggered.
I still get triggered, however it's much less and not even close to as long or hard since I've been listening to Dragon Regen + GLM. And for the record I'm sticking with this stack with EOG1 for the rest of this round (about March 3rd or so) and then another full round.
Just try to commit for at least two or three rounds. And I recommend the older microloop strategy of starting with 30 seconds each and listen to BOTH back to back on the same day. Then take one day off. Then repeat. Second listening day increase to 45 seconds (you'd be shocked that even that small amount could help tremendously but it does). If you get too much recon (can still happen even with the anti-recon if there is a bunch of crap in the subconscious) then drop back to 30 seconds.
