I was feeling kind of angry. I lay in bed and closed my eyes and asked inside: where is the feeling located? My attention went to my chest. What is the actual emotion I'm feeling? I instantly felt sad and some tears appeared. Is this feeling connected to someone else? A person appeared in my mind. What thought or idea is connected to the sadness and that person? A belief about not being loved became clear. After each answer the feeling got stronger, and right after the last one the feeling dissolved and I became peacefully silent. Sadness and anger — gone.
