I've been shy my whole life. This is what day three looked like.

After just a few days, something settled in me — an absolute peace, a calmness I hadn't felt before. My confidence shifted noticeably. Women started initiating. Holding eye contact. Maintaining conversations. At one point, time seemed to actually slow down during an interaction. For context: I'm quite shy. I had almost zero experience with women before this. I don't know how else to explain what happened — I just know it did.
