People immediately friendlier and chattier — conversations smooth like an oval

Feels like it takes the charisma and potential fame aspects of Stark and turns the volume way up. Got people being real friendly and chatty with me when I went to grab some lunch — this doesn't ever normally happen — and it felt completely natural. Like a smooth oval instead of the jagged edge heptagon shape my conversations usually take.
