Went straight at it with a 3-minute loop. The tranquility and deep relaxation is insane but also exactly what I was looking for. There's an indomitable belief that everything's going to be alright. It has this vibe of: okay, this doesn't work out right now, fine — we come back when things are better. No worries about anything. It's very liberating. It's not an IDGAF-about-everything vibe, because you still put in the action — but you also realize that sometimes it's just not necessary. Generally there are no worries about anything.
