Highest customer average on shift — sold the most expensive wine bottle in the house.

Wrote this before my shift, now after my shift I can share more results. First thing, my customer average today was the highest amongst all the waiters. Second, one table bought the most expensive wine bottle which have been only sold once or twice before, they also bought the most expensive steaks and gave a very good tip. And third, perhaps the most important, when I came to the shift, one waitresses was just leaving because there was absolutely zero work, usually a waiter is not dismissed this early in the day, when I came suddenly more people got in and the work just didn't stop, we had so many customers, usually we are 4 waiters but because the first one was dismissed, we were 3 waiters which means the tips are divided by less waiters, which means more money per hours. Basically, made a crap ton of money today, unexpected for Monday morning.
