Company Offered Me Triple My Current Pay — Identity Shift About What I'm Ready For

A company reached out and offered me a position that's triple my current pay. I fumbled the interview a bit, but it was still a dramatic shift for me in identity and in realizing that my 6-to-12-month goal doesn't have to be pushed so far out — it's something I'm ready for now. As a result, I'm back in recruiter pipelines for management roles actively, and probably going to talk to my boss soon about managing the team I'm currently on and pushing for some sort of result there.
