One 3-minute loop and I confronted a dismissive coworker — and the room changed

After a single 3-minute loop, I've been noticeably more charismatic and authentic. A coworker who always dismissed and talked over me got confronted directly. I held my ground. Since then my colleagues have treated me with more respect — they saw what happened and something shifted in the overall dynamic. I'm learning to balance assertiveness with knowing when and why to use it. That balance is making me feel more at ease everywhere, not just at work.
