I have PCC and Fearsome in my custom. Nowadays whenever I work at a particular location known for being challenging, my shift is relatively trouble free. It's only when I'm away that I hear about customers being violent towards staff, machines and screens getting broken and banning notices being drafted. I think: damn, that kind of evil stays away from me. Skadoosh described it perfectly: toxic people who messed with you will suddenly start backing up and going around you like there's a forcefield.
