Paragon Solo, Day 21: deviated septum breathing fixed, sleep cycle restored, old injuries gone

Paragon
Day 21 running Paragon solo. Here's what changed:
Breathing: I have a deviated nasal septum — breathing has always been hard, especially during illness. Since my first loop, my breathing improved to a point I thought was impossible. I'm able to do Pranayam again, which I had stopped entirely.
Meditation: I can now meditate longer without body pain. Shocking how much a stronger body does for the practice.
Inner Organs: For a long time my inner organs felt "tired" in a way that affected my whole day. Paragon addressed this from the first loop.
Sleep: My sleep cycle had been destroyed for months — couldn't sleep at night, couldn't stay awake during the day. Within a week, Paragon fixed it.
Old Injuries: Pain that had resurfaced for no reason over the past 2–3 months — gone.
Energy: Traveling in summer heat that would normally exhaust me felt easy.
Exercise Recovery: I was able to start exercising again. Recovery after sessions improved significantly.
Immune System: Noticeably improved.
