Sales communication did a 180 — dominant, constructive, voice dropped 10 octaves

My communication style has completely shifted. On sales calls I was coming off timid — intentional to bypass sales resistance, but deeply incongruent with who I am, and it was coming across as awkward. Today my voice and overall communication did a 180: very dominant, but positive and constructive. I have the confidence and conviction to be more straightforward and commanding, and it has been an absolute game changer.
