Better Memory, Clearer Thinking, and English Vocabulary Expanding — In Two Weeks

I've been running this for almost two weeks. I noticed my memory is better. My thoughts are a bit clearer and brighter than before I started the run. English is not my native language, so I also felt some boost in speaking English — expressed in using new words and idioms in my speech which I see reading the forum or watching movies. I think it comes from my memory improvement.
