Khan is the undisputed champion of personal transformation — if you ran one sub for a year, run this

While I love Khan Black for very different reasons, the OG Khan is still the undisputed champion when it comes to personal transformation. I'm currently on my second cycle of Khan Stage 4 and I can definitely feel it kicking in. Khan will eradicate everything that's holding you back. Obviously the longer you run it, the more you'll notice the changes — but if you ran only one sub for the next year, I would say run OG Khan. It is that powerful.
