Reborn Out of Ashes — Khan ST1 Is the Best Sub I've Ever Run

Just finished my first cycle of Khan Stage 1, and I need to say BOY OH BOY — this has been the best sub I have run up till now by miles, surpassed only in my first run of Khan Stage 1 in Q format for a month. I have come to the realization of how strong one can feel after CLEANING OUT EVERYTHING. I truly do feel like I have done a deep excavation and was literally reborn out of ashes. I blame nothing from my past, and I don't blame myself anymore.
